INHISET has implemented a quality management system according to international rules ISO9001 and UNE_EN9100 (Scope: Engineering, Design, and manufacturing processes subcontracting, electromechanical installations and structural elements, (used mainly in hydromechanics, railway and aeronautics sectors), interrelated rules of a company or organization by the ones the quality is administrated in order to obtain customers satisfaction.
It means, there is a documented structure of processes and procedures, documents in constant evolution based on the non conformities control, customer satisfaction, correcting and preventing actions, as well as processes indicators, which allow to correct deviations in the development of projects, and establish the necessary actions to reach the planned results and continuously improve these processes.
In order to guarantee a good performance INIHISET carries out the corresponding internal audit yearly.
- SO 9001:2000. The organization shall establish, document, implement, maintain and continually improve a Quality Management System. This should be achieved by identifying relevant processes, determining the sequence and criteria of these ones, ensuring information is available on them and by measuring and monitoring these processes. This standard applies to “Engineering, design and manufacture management of electromechanical equipment and installations, for hydromechanics, aeronautics and railways sectors”.
- UNE-EN 9100:2003. Quality Management System, Aerospace series. This standard includes aerospace industry requirements applicable to, and integrated with, quality management system models, included on the standard ISO 9001:2000. This standard defines INHISET as “Engineering and design of electromechanical projects for aeronautic industry”.
